Payment Policy

• Reservation is confirmed with valid credit card details (Visa only) or deposit of one night stay into our asb bank account . Full/ balance of payment is due on arrival .
• Lead guest must be 18 years of age or older and is fully reasonable for all members of their group

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation up to 72 hours prior to arrival will incur a $15 administration fee . Full payment is required for cancellations with in 72 hours of arrival.
• No refunds should the guests leave before reserved departure date.

Child Policy

• Child rate is 3 to 14 years inclusive, if a child 2yrs (or under) occupies a bed in a unit they will be charged a child rate .
• Infants are 0-2 yrs inclusive

Check in policy

• Check in is 2pm on the day of arrival
• Check out is 10am on the day of departure
• Late-in: if going to be later than 8pm please ring prior to make alternative arrangements

We reserve the right to refuse a reservation at any time, from any person if we reasonably believe the person

• is not the person on the credit card or not authorized to use the credit card
• is younger than 18 yrs of age and not accompanied by a responsible person over 18yrs of age .
